The annual reports published by CST aim to be a tool for research and communication to disseminate the new culture of the territory (NCT), a new way of understanding and interacting with the territory. This "New Culture of the Territory" is guided by the principles of environmental sustainability and justice, cultural diversity, and social equity. Built on a foundation of democracy and citizen participation, it seeks to overcome socio-ecological conflicts and aims to replace the dominant culture, which is based on the exploitation of natural resources, hostility toward nature, cultural homogenization, and social exploitation.
----
The annual reports are presented as a technical report featuring reflections and articles from various movements and experts, gathering experiences toward a more sustainable society.
The general structure of each report includes an introduction, reflective articles, and a collection of more practical experiences related to the theme discussed.

Since 2015, a total of seven reports have been published:
-
2015, foundational principles of the CST.
-
2017-2018, socio-ecological conflicts.
-

-
