• Sorreigs' River: Following the COVID-19 pandemic, residents observed an increase in traffic at the Riera de Sorreigs (Lluçanès region). In 2021, a participatory process was initiated to collectively and proactively define a community strategy for the management, preservation, and stewardship of the Riera de Sorreigs, called “Sorreigs, A Look into the Future.”

  • CST Participation: We attended the Hackathon held on November 8, 2023, where Mireia Jiménez presented a governance model proposal based on three key pillars: the Territorial Sustainability Circles, a coordination hub, and an advisory group.

  • Promoting Entities: Resilience Earth, Miceli, and Anigami.

  • Support: Consorci del Lluçanès and the Barcelona Provincial Council.

• Iltir Hub: A project initiated by Resilience Earth consisting of six training and co-creation sessions with experts in social innovation, regenerative design, and strategic planning. It also includes personalized mentoring for selected projects, provided by professionals from various fields. For this year’s edition, taking place between September and November 2024, Iltir will focus on the Fluvià River, accelerating projects centered around this river.

  • CST Participation: In both the 2023 and 2024 editions, Mireia Jiménez will participate as a speaker and moderator for discussion panels. This year, she will also be part of the mentoring team.

  • Promoting Entity: Resilience Earth, through its spin-off Balkar.Earth

• Meandre Festival: A festival held in Sant Jaume de Llierca aimed at revitalizing and energizing the Bioregion of the Vall del Llierca, connecting it to current environmental and social challenges through art, culture, and reflection spaces, while building community. Seven editions have been held so far, each lasting three days in May.

  • CST Participation: Mireia Jiménez is involved in the festival’s structure and organization. She has also participated as an expert in panels on the new water culture.

  • Promoters: Sant Jaume de Llierca Town Council, Meandre Community, Associació d’Idees - Regeneracio.xyz, and Custòdia Verda.

• Lliurona: A project also linked to Resilience Earth focused on decision-making related to water management.

  • CST Participation: Mireia Jiménez participates in two proposed dynamics as an expert.
