Inventories of Geological Heritage for the Conservation of Geodiversity:

These inventories are carried out in:
 

• Natural Park of the Ter – Freser Headwaters, since 2018, by geologist and shepherd Miquel Casas.
   

• In the Alta Garrotxa Natural Interest Area. In this region, the Strategy for the Conservation of Geodiversity of the Protected Natural Area of Alta Garrotxa was drafted during 2021-2022 to comply with the Alta Garrotxa Protection Plan, which sets as one of its objectives the need to “Protect fragile and threatened habitats, species, and geological elements of community or greater natural interest (including paleontological sites).”

Geological Itineraries as a way to combine tourism with geology and to promote different geological points of interest:

• Interpretative poster of the volcanic vents (La Garrotxa) 

• Coma de Vaca (Natural Park of the Ter-Freser headwaters)

• Geological itinerary Coma de l’Embut (Natural Park of the Ter-Freser headwaters) (Elevation gain: 430 m; Duration: 2h)
   

• Geological itinerary of the Estac volcanic caldera (Pallars Sobirà). (Distance: 4km; Duration: 2h). This is the most recent, inaugurated on December 16, 2023. The route is also available for download on Wikiloc.
