1st Workshop on Geological Heritage and Geodiversity
This workshop took place from October 9th to 11th, 2024, at the Culture and Nature Centre of Can Trona (La Vall d’en Bas, La Garrotxa) in Catalonia, Spain.
The objectives of the workshop were:

To provide an open forum for discussion among researchers, managers, professionals, and students.

To address aspects related to the preservation and management of geological heritage and geodiversity, including, in a broad and multidisciplinary manner, geology, geoconservation, geotourism, and related sociocultural aspects.
The program included:

Sessions that combined presentations and discussions with the attending audience.

Two field trips.
